These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and max39 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the max39 website located at https://max39.cam and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, mobile applications, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on max39, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. max39 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited on this Platform.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, either on max39 or through any third-party responsible gambling programme, that would prevent you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, to the extent that your participation on max39 would be unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of max39, its licensors, software providers, or any affiliated entity.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. max39 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

As part of our KYC process and in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, max39 may require you to provide the following documentation at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A copy of your national identity card (Malaysian MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement confirming ownership of the account used for deposits); and
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed prescribed thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. max39 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of all verification requirements.

All financial transactions on max39 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated. The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Malaysian players:

• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-participating banks;
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow;
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT).

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit limit is subject to the payment method selected and is displayed at the point of transaction. max39 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to mitigate money laundering risk. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallets and DuitNow are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Funds deposited into your Account are held separately from max39's operational funds. In the event that active bonus funds are present in your Account, withdrawal of your real-money balance may be subject to conditions as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

max39 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players only. One bonus per household or IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is displayed on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• max39 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred.
• If max39 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is exploiting a promotion — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable funds — max39 may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may contribute differently to wagering requirements depending on the game category. Slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on max39 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other markets) — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are displayed within the game interface or the sports betting section.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding. max39 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had already been determined, whether or not that determination was displayed correctly on the Platform;
• A technical error caused incorrect odds or payout information to be displayed;
• The bet was placed in a manner that exploits an error, omission, or system fault;
• There is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other conduct that calls into question the integrity of the relevant event.

max39 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all slot and table game outcomes. RNG certification details are available on request from our support team. Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing and are recorded and monitored for integrity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the max39 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a proxy, nominee, or alias;
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using fraudulent payment methods, or submitting falsified KYC documentation;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or obscure funds derived from illegal activities;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format;
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk strategies, duplicate accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback on a deposit made to your Account. Any chargeback will result in immediate Account closure and recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.

max39 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps directly from your Account settings. Requests to increase limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the specified period.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries of time spent and net wagering position during active sessions.

All content on the max39 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio content, and databases — is the proprietary property of max39 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Using the max39 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent;
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, max39 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity failure not attributable to max39's gross negligence;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, payout information, or promotional details displayed due to a technical error, provided such error is corrected promptly upon discovery;
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

Where max39's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

max39 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest conduct;
• The Account is being used for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• The Player is a minor or has provided false age or identity information;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to max39.

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited where the closure arises from a breach of these Terms.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any legal obligations or liabilities that have already arisen. Players who have activated self-exclusion may not re-register during the exclusion period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which max39 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body specified by max39's licensing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact max39's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of max39's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as designated by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation procedure are available from our support team on request.

max39 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Changes to these Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, submit a request to close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
